Established in June of 1988, Burien Auto Repair has expanded from a small, 2 bay shop into the facility that it is today. Over the last 25 years, Richard has devoted his full attention to the improvement, quality, and expansion of Burien Auto Repair and it is now one of the best-equipped and cleanest auto repair shops in the area.  

Our professional technicians are properly trained and ASE-certified in the diagnostic and service procedures necessary to keep your automotive investment on the road for years to come. We take great pride in our work, and it shows in the end results.

TECHNICAL COLLEGE
Automotive Service
Technician-ITEC

ITEC is a comprehensive two-year automotive training program featuring cooperative training with an approved automotive repair facility. Students receive training in the classroom/lab at RTC for approximately nine weeks followed by approximately nine weeks of paid full-time mentored work experience at an ITEC approved automotive repair facility through five cycles over the two-year program.

Students receive training in all eight NATEF/ASE automotive areas (Engine Repair, Manual Drive Train, Automatic Transmission, Brakes, Steering and Suspension, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electrical/Electronic Systems, and Engine Performance). Students gain real work experience in the automotive shop environment and develop the competencies of a professional automotive technician. Students are provided the opportunity to take ASE certification in all eight automotive categories and Washington State Authorized Emission Specialist certification.
